Shipping & Refund PolicyEffective Date: June 19, 2026 Refund & Return Policy Because Curb Grinder operates on an ultra-limited release model (Drop 01 consists of exactly 12 physical, hand-finished items), **all sales are final**. We do not accept returns, refunds, or size exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review the detailed measurements provided in the product descriptions carefully before finalizing your purchase.*Damaged or Defective Items:* In the rare event that a garment arrives with a structural defect or severe structural damage not intended by our signature hand-distressing design process, you must contact us at orders@curbgrinder.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographic proof of the defect. If approved, a refund or store credit will be issued. Shipping Policy * **Processing Times:** Curb Grinder is an independent, raw apparel operation. All orders are hand-packed and prepared directly from our floor. Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 4 business days of the initial purchase date. * **Domestic Shipping:** We ship via reliable domestic carriers (USPS/UPS). Standard domestic transit within the United States typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location relative to Los Angeles, California. Tracking numbers will be sent automatically to your provided email address as soon as the shipping label is generated.* **Lost or Stolen Packages:** Curb Grinder is not legally responsible for packages that are lost in transit, delayed by carrier complications, or stolen post-delivery. Once a package is scanned as "Delivered" by the courier service, the customer assumes full responsibility for the physical security of the package.
